Dosage:
From 12 years old: One spray per nostril in the morning and evening. Do not exceed recommended dose. 

Seek medical advice if:

• have reccently had injury or surgery to your nose
• are, or may become pregnant
• are breast feeding
• are currently taking another steroid
• have infections, sores or ulcers in your nose
• suffer from nosebleeds
• have eye pain or visual disrturbances

contains: benzalkonium chloride & phenuthyl alcohol.
