MAGNI MAGNESIUM OIL 200ML

Description

Magnesium is crucial for the natural detoxification of the body. It has been shown to protect the cells, especially the brain cells, from aluminium, mercury, lead and other heavy metal accumulation.

Magnesium oil for topical use only.

Spray 8-10 squirts of  magnesium oil liberally onto body daily, especially locally to achy painful muscles. Avoid eyes and broken skin.

Symptoms of magnesium deficiency

  • Muscle cramps, spasms, convulsions, tics
  • Muscle weakness
  • Numbness and tingling
  • Fatigue, low energy and chronic fatigue
  • Anxiety, depression
  • Sleeping difficulties
  • High blood pressure
  • Hormonal issues- male and female
  • Palpitations, calcification arteries
  • Hyperactivity (ADHD)
  • Headaches, migraines, nausea
  • Poor memory, confusion
  • Constipation
  • Kidney stones
  • Sugar cravings
  • Acid reflux

Do not ingest, this preparation is for topical use only. It takes several months of topical magnesium therapy to increase intracellular levels of magnesium but a year or more if only given orally.

Stinging, tingling or burning is natural and suggests a deficiency of magnesium. Regular use of magnesium oil will lead to a decrease in stinging or tingling. Coconut oil, aloe vera gel or dilution of oil with distilled water may help. The magnesium oil can be washed off after 20mins if residue causes some irritation. This stinging may also indicate toxin and heavy metal build up in the body. Even though these symptoms may be unpleasant, it shows that your body really needs extra magnesium on board.

This oil can be used as a really effective deodorant. It also works for smelly feet and can be used as a hair tonic, to help alleviate dandruff, itchy scalp, scalp psoriasis or hair loss.

CAUTION:

Bleeding disorders: Magnesium seems to slow blood clotting. Taking magnesium might increase the risk of bleeding or bruising in people with bleeding disorders or those taking blood thinning medication. Please discuss with your doctor before using.

Kidney problems, such as kidney failure: Kidneys that don't work well may have trouble clearing magnesium from the body. Taking extra magnesium can cause magnesium to build up to dangerous levels. Some studies suggest that magnesium can be extremely beneficial in kidney failure, whilst others show a detrimental effect. Don't take magnesium if you have kidney problems without speaking to your doctor. This is probably a bigger issue when taken orally.

Interactions with Medications: Some medications interact with magnesium, especially when taken orally. If in any doubt please contact your health provider.

- Antibiotics e.g. tetracyclines: Take a few hours apart from magnesium.
- Biphosphonates e.g. Fosamax: Magnesium can prevent absorption of these drugs. Take few hours apart.
