Ingredients:
Each tea bag (2 g), contains dry powder of: Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum) seed 500 mg, Anise (Pimpinella anisum) seed 400 mg, Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare) seed 400 mg, Caraway (Carum carvi) seed 400 mg, Lemon verbena (Lippia citriodora) leaves 300 mg.
Directions:
Add one tea bag to a cup of boiling water. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes. Drink up to 4 cups daily.
