100% Pure, unscented, highly concentrated magnesium chloride (No additives).
Directions (for a 75g size tub)
Add contents of the container to warm bath. Soak for 20-30 minutes
For foot soaks:
Add 1/3 of the contents into a tub large enough to hold both feet flat. Add only enough water to cover the tops of the toes. Soak feet for 15-20 minutes. After soaking rinse with water if desired or towel dry. Discard liquid after soaking.
*As every one is unique, the length of time may be more or less. If skin peeling or irritation occurs, use less of the Magnesium flakes.
