Directions:
Adults: Take ONE capsule in the morning and ONE capsule at night with meals or as directed by your health professional.
Childres (5-9yrs): Take ONE capsule in the morning with meals or as directed by your health professional.
For extreme allergies: A maximum of TWO capsules in the morning and TWO capsules at night to relieve symptoms quickly, then reduce to ONE capsule in the morning and night.
Pregnancy: Not suitable for use during pregnancy
Breast feeding: Suitable for healthy breast feeding mothers where no contraindications are present in the infant.
