Ingredients

Each Capsule Contains: Zinc (monomethionine) 15mg, Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 50mg, Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HCL) 10mg, Magnesium (chelate) 10mg, Beta carotene (equiv to vitamin A) 1000IU. Cellulose, rice flour, magnesium stearate, silica. No artificial preservatives, flavouring or colours.

Dosage & Directions

Recommended Dosage: Take 1 capsule daily with food.
