Ingredients
Each Capsule Contains: Zizyphus jujube var spinosa extract (equivalent to dry seed) 1800mg, Montmorency tart cherry skin concentrate (Prunus cerasus) 400mg, Standardised to 70mg polyphenols. Cellulose capsule, magnesium stearate, silica. No artificial preservatives, flavouring or colours.
Dosage & Directions
Recommended Dosage: 1 or 2 capsules 30-60 minutes before bed or as required.
